TAAB Consultancy
The numbers behind the plan — and the people to deliver it.
We prepare the numbers behind your plan — and run the teams that deliver it.
Advisory
Business & financial advisory
Most businesses are not refused finance because the business is weak — but because the file does not show it.
More on our approach
We build the numbers, the plan and the case behind them — prepared by a team whose careers were spent in corporate and wholesale finance, assessing files of this kind rather than submitting them.
Statements & reporting
Accounts prepared, reconciled and supported by schedules that stand up to review.
Review & audit preparation
Books made audit-ready, with weaknesses documented before anyone else finds them.
Analysis & projections
Models and forecasts built to survive a credit committee's questions.
Controls & compliance
Processes tested and controls recommended that hold under external scrutiny.
Financial statement support
We support the preparation of in-house and management accounts, and prepare the schedules, reconciliations and supporting files your licensed auditor needs to finalise audited statements.
Feasibility & economic studies
Costed, defensible studies for new ventures and expansions — built to withstand questions, not to fill a template.
Business plans & modelling
Projections, unit economics and scenario models that hold up under a credit committee's assumptions.
Financial structuring
Structuring and packaging term loan, working capital and project finance requests, and managing the queries that follow.
Trade documentation advisory
Import and export documentation reviewed before it is presented — checking terms, resolving discrepancies and protecting your position on cross-border transactions.
Management information systems
Monthly reporting your team will actually maintain: cash position, receivables ageing, cost bifurcation, margin by line.
Internal control & review support
Support for internal audit and control reviews — testing processes, documenting weaknesses and recommending controls that hold up under external scrutiny.
Audit preparation
Getting the books, schedules and documentation audit-ready before the auditor arrives, and handling the queries that come back.
Strategy & organisational development
Long-term objectives translated into an operating plan — structure, roles and accountability that match where the business is going.
Operational improvement
Process review across procurement, delivery and collection to find where margin and time are being lost, with fixes ranked by payback.
Risk review & due diligence
Commercial and financial due diligence on acquisitions, partners and counterparties, with the exposures set out plainly.

Expert appointments are accepted personally by Talal Ali Ashraf Al Zadjali under his individual accreditation as a banking expert, and are separate from the consultancy services above.
Workforce
Manpower management & workforce operations
You get a running operation — not a headcount to administer.
How it works
We take on field operations as a managed service. The personnel engaged on a contract remain our own employees — we handle their contracts, payroll, compliance and supervision, and the client receives an agreed output.
Teams under our employment
Personnel contracted, paid and supervised by us — the client receives output, not administration.
Labour compliance carried
Contracts, clearances and records maintained to Oman Labour Law on our side of the line.
Reported performance
Attendance and output reported monthly, so you see delivery rather than headcount.
Blue collar
Drivers, riders, helpers, warehouse and facility teams, deployed in volume.
White collar
Promoters, merchandisers, sales and customer-facing teams, supervised in the field.
Technical
Telecom, engineering and installation personnel for project-based deployment.
Deployment & mobilisation
Teams assembled and placed on site against an agreed scope, timeline and service level.
Labour compliance
Contracts, clearances, renewals and records maintained for our personnel to Oman Labour Law requirements.
Payroll & personnel administration
Monthly payroll, WPS processing, leave, gratuity and end-of-service carried in full on our side.
Field supervision
Supervisors, attendance tracking and performance reporting, so you see output rather than headcount.
Current deployments cover telecom field and merchandising teams across the Sultanate. The division is structured to scale into last-mile and online delivery operations, where large rider fleets need mobilising and managing at speed.

Investors
Setting up in Oman, from first idea to running business
We hand back an operating business — not a report.
What that covers
Investors arriving in the Sultanate rarely need one service. They need to know which sector is worth entering, what it costs, how the entity should be structured, who will staff it, and who will run it once the founders fly home. We take that whole sequence.
Entity established
Structure, registration and licensing arranged, with licensed counsel where required.
Team mobilised
Staff engaged and deployed through our workforce division from day one.
Business running
Ongoing management and monthly reporting for owners based outside Oman.
Sector & opportunity studies
Where the demand actually is, who already serves it, and what an entrant would need to compete — before capital is committed.
Feasibility & capital planning
Full costing of the venture: set-up, working capital, break-even and the funding structure to support it.
Entity structuring & licensing
Choice of legal form, ownership structure, commercial registration and sector permits, coordinated with licensed legal counsel where required.
Banking & financial set-up
Account opening, facility arrangements and the documentation banks will ask for, prepared in advance rather than in response.
Workforce mobilisation
Field teams engaged, administered and supervised through our workforce division — one office for the advice and the delivery.
Management & oversight
Ongoing operational management and monthly reporting for owners based outside Oman who need the business run and reported on.
Engagements can be taken end to end or in stages. Where a mandate requires legal, audit or regulatory work reserved to licensed practitioners, we coordinate those appointments and manage them on your behalf.
